Sports Massage

Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. It helps athletes to prepare their bodies for optimal performance or recover after a sporting event or intense exercise, as well as to function effectively during sports training. Sports Massage helps prevent injuries to muscles and tendons and assists healing of existing diagnosed physical complaints. It releases muscular congestion and pain, aids the lymphatic system, improves circulation and enhances the functional quality of muscle tissue. Sports massage is also good for people with general injuries, medically diagnosed chronic pain or restricted range of motion in limbs. During a 60 minute massage session, the therapist will focus on specific problem areas of your body. For a full body Sports Massage, a 90 minute session is advisable.


30 minute 'Quick Fix'
Neck & Shoulder Massage

Many people carry their tension in their neck and shoulders. Spending too much time in an awkward position, such as hunched over a steering wheel while driving, hunched forward to view a computer monitor, or cradling a phone in the crook of the neck, can cause pain and stiffness in the neck and shoulders. Our Quick Fix Massage treatment specifically targets these parts and effectively relieves pain by relaxing tense muscles and increasing flexibility.
