Sports Massage helps prevent injuries to muscles and tendons and assists healing of existing diagnosed physical complaints. It releases muscular congestion and pain, aids the lymphatic system, improves circulation and enhances the functional quality of muscle tissue. Sports massage is also good for people with general injuries, medically diagnosed chronic pain or restricted range of motion in limbs. During a 60 minute massage session, the therapist will focus on specific problem areas of your body. For a full body Sports Massage, a 90 minute session is advisable.
